Another course of contrasting nines, the front makes its way through rolling countryside with pine tree bordered fairways, while the flatter back nine has numerous water hazards and sand traps.Of the four par 3's,probably  the 159 metre fifth offers the hardest challenge where an accurate tee shot is essential to carry a deep valley into an elevated green, which will throw anything off-line away from it's surface, while the island green of the 124-meter par -3 seventeenth , with water all around is intimidating, and with the wind liable to push your tee shot away from the target. A pleasure to play and then end up in one of the best 19th holes on the Algarve.
