Sport & SPA Resort A-ROSA Scharmuetzelsee Nick Faldo Course Berlin AreaOne cannot find a more beautiful or challenging place to play golf in all of Germany! In fact, this unique “links course” with its many deep pot bunkers is the most difficult course in the country. Anyone who masters the Nick Faldo course can truly be proud. The course playable for women with a handicap of 28 or better, and 24 for men. This is the first Nick Faldo design in all of Europe. Nick Faldo visits Bad Saarow regularly, to see his course grow, mature, and develop. This was the case in the fall of 2001, and a five year plan was developed. It began with new modulations, and made changes to holes 4 and 5. A wonderful golfing experience and a “must” for golfers around the world. The natural course offers a Scottish Links design with 133 deep pit bunkers, immaculate fairways, and fast (but the very best) greens. A tournament golf course for events like the German Open in 1998 and 1999, the European Senior Tour, and the Amateur World Championship, which have all been held here.
