A links course laid out on cliff tops opposite the white cliffs of Dover, which are visible on clear days. With few trees and little water, the prevailing strong wind off the ocean is the most challenging hazard, although strategically placed pot bunkers also require some thought to course management. Just 20 minutes from Calais, with friendly staff and a fine restaurant. A definite must to be played, perhaps on arrival or departure day.
